  1. Look at the Weather Spreadsheet Model to better understand the expectations for this activity.
  2. Choose a city anywhere in the world and use weather.com to see that city's weather.
  3. Create a new spreadsheet by clicking on the google sheets button to the right.
  4. Give it a title of "City Forecast Comparison".
  5. Make a column for the Date and another column for Austin, Tx.
  6. Then make two more columns for the other 2 cities of your choice.
  7. Input the next week's temperature for each city into the spreadsheet.  
  8. Calculate the average for each city's temperature.
  9. Insert a chart of your choice to display the data.

  1. Click on the starter spreadsheet to the right to create a copy of the 50 most common english nouns.
  2. Insert a row at the top.
  3. Title the column A "English" and column B "Spanish" (or another language of your choice)
  4. Bold the header row
  5. Click in cell B2 and input the google translate function =GOOGLETRANSLATE(A2,"en","es")
  6. Open ​google translate and look up 5 words and their pronunciation.
  7. Copy the pronunciation URL and insert it as a link on the word in your spreadsheet.
